Heart of Gold- Nuzlocke Part 2Route 29- Part 1
Shortly after we traveled into the tall grass of Route 29 we were confronted by our first wild Pokemon. A Pidgey whom we'd disturbed. I figured though, it'd be good experience for Streak to start battling right away so sent him in with all offense to take down the Pidgey.
I was surprised at the amount of damage he took from the battle his health halved. This was going to be a long journey indeed.
Cherrygrove City- Part 1
Luckily we made it through the route in once piece. But before I could get the tired young Pokemon to the center, an old man greeted us. He smiled happily and asked if we were beginning our Pokemon adventure. I nodded faintly as I held my tuckered out Cyndaquil. The Guide Gent smiled and asked me to fallow him. I was a bit suspicious, but nodded and fallowed him.
He turned out to be perfectly harmless in all honesty, he only wanted to show us about. So I fallowed

New Bark Town- Part 1
Hi. My name is Katie. Nineteen and finally ready to begin my pokemon adventure. Most kids start at the age of ten, but my mom was always a bit over protective of me. she didn't believe I was ready, and so, I stayed behind while all my peers grew up and went on their adventures. I felt lonesome, and like a bit of an outcast. Still now was my time to begin my own story.
I woke up around 11:20 in the morning and dressed quickly. I can't believe I was so late for waking up on such an important day. I had to hurry to Professor Elm's lab. I stumbled down stairs where I was met by my mother. I didn't have a father to speak of. Sure I had one, but I'd never met him, he left my

And even more grinding.... This is getting tiring... though I decided to go ahead and deposit Ivy into the box... I just was never a fan of grass types... I figured she could be used as a last resort... very last resort...
It was seeming that wild grinding with Jaysn was going a bit too slow. I figured we could do the switcharoo trick. So with a shrug, which seemed to irritate Nicodemus I decided to move on to challenge the young bug catcher named Wade. But first.. I grabbed the black Apricorn figuring at the very least I could maybe get some money off of Poke Balls.
"I caught a bunch of wild Pokemon, let me show them to you!" Wade exclaimed excitedly. I was happy it was just a bunch of bug type, the switcharoo trick wouldn't harm my team too much and would allow some experience to Jaysn. For now I used Wisdom so that she could also level up, maybe even learn peck.
I gasped when I saw the Weedle that Wade had, poison my Wisdom, and prayed that she'd survive. She was hi

I sighed finally when Nicodemus was level five, yeah he wasn't that strong yet, but I knew he could hold his own, it was time to progress, this constant pacing was making me dizzy. I smiled at him as he hung onto my shoulder and continued on past the crazy Apricorn guys house, and it reminded me to run to Mr. Pokemon's house and see if I could get that pink apricorn before we moved to our first Pokemon battle with a trainer... that wasn't some insane thief.
Nic sustained some damage from wild battles while we were getting the apricorn, so I decided to stop by Cherrygrove one last time to heal up my team. Once I left the Pokemon Center, Nic chattered catching my attention as he crawled down to my bag nudging my ball pouch. I frowned opening it noticing I only had two two left. I frowned and looked at the Poke Mart. I sighed and nodded, "Good plan." I said, gently scratching under his chin before I moved into the Poke Mart to buy some more Poke Balls and maybe some Potio

As I entered route 29 for the second time I saw Ethan with his Marill. He smiled waving me over, "There you are!" He said excitedly. I laughed, "Sorry. Had to say bye to Mom, you know how she is." He smiled and nodded, "You can catch wild Pokemon now if you have Poke Balls." I sighed giving him a very obvious face as I spoke, "Noooo you don't say! Problem genius, I don't have any Poke Balls." He frowned flicking my forehead making me wince, "Stop being a brat and you may just learn something..."
"Fallow me!" He ordered turning and leading me into the grass. Soon we were met with a little Rattata and he went through the simple process of catching a Pokemon. I sighed crossing my arms over my chest as he acted all high and mighty. Once he realized that I really wasn't listening, he sighed, "Here, I'll give you these. Good luck..." he said as he handed me five Poke Balls. I smiled hugging him, "Thanks."
Once he left I smiled over at Armor, "Okay bud. Let's get to wor
